<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded V'
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument 40200304265 on �� 1
<br />the 10th day of April, 2003, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />A tract of land described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast comer of a tract commonly known as
<br />"Huston's Reserve" and more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 86, Page 237 of the
<br />Official Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, the same being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE %SE%) of Section Eight (8), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6'6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska; and running thence West on the South line of said "Huston's
<br />Reserve" tract a distance of 138' feet; running thence North at right angles and parallel to the East side
<br />of said "Huston's Reserve" tract a distance of 44 feet; running thence East and parallel with the South line
<br />of "Huston's Reserve" tract a distance of 138%v feet to the East side of said "Huston's Reserve" tract; and
<br />then running South along and upon the East line of said tract a distance of 44 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
