STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br /> forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br /> utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the <br /> Licensor: <br /> Installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of a storm sewer connection in the <br /> public right-of-way along the north side of State Street near Sheridan Avenue to <br /> drain storm water from private property into the public storm sewer system as <br /> shown on the attached drawing. <br /> 2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the <br /> following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's real estate to which this License <br /> Agreement shall apply: <br /> Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4 NW1/4) of <br /> Section Eight (8), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th <br /> P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly deseribed as follows, to-wit: <br /> Commencing at the southeast corner of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4 of said Section <br /> Eight (8), running thence North 240'; thence West 423'; South 240; East 423' to <br /> the point of beginning. <br />
