Kruger, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: 1. That the Affiant is the successor trustee of the Bonnie J. Range Revocable Trust dated November 25, 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust "). 2. That on July 5, 2003, the Affiant became the successor trustee of the said Trust upon the death of Bonnie J. Range, the settlor and initial trustee of said Trust, a certified copy of the death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ". 3. That the Affiant remains the sole trustee of the said Trust as of this date. 4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property: Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Dickey Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; Lot Eight (8) , Island Acres No. 9 Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lot One (1), except the Southerly Sixty and Eighty -six Hundredths (6o.86) feet of said Lot (1) of Island Acres No. 13 Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and Lot Three (3), in Block one (1), in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 5. That pursuant to the terms of the said Trust and §30- 2821(2) (g) of the Nebraska Trustees' Powers Act, the trustee of the said Trust has the power, without court authorization, to acquire or dispose of an asset, for cash or on credit, at public or private sale. 6. That neither the said Trust or the Agreement creating the said Trust, nor any part thereof, has been revoked or amended, and the above statements constitute a full disclosure of all provisions concerning those items.
