<br />     			WHEREAS, the undersigned,  Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation,  as Trustee,      �
<br />   		under the Deed of Trust dated March 31,  1994 executed by Michael D. Leschinsky, Sr.  and  	�
<br />  		Theresa M.  Leschinsky, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which  Five Points Bank is named    	d
<br />   		Beneficiary, and ;he undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded March 31,  1994 in the Hall
<br />  		County Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 94-102634,  and
<br />     			WHEREAS,  said undersigned,  Five Points Bank, as Trustee,  has received from  Five
<br />   		Points Ban�C, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />  		Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />  		Lot Eight (8), Block Seven (7), in George Loan's Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />  		County, Nebraska and all that part of the Westerly One Half of Vacated Poplar Street, as vacated
<br />  		by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />  		said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />  		paid;
<br />    			NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />  		Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />  		persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
