<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Todd C. Enck and Kelly A. Enck, Husband & Wife,
<br />as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 251h
<br />day of June 2003, and recorded on the 2 "d day of July 2003, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200308438, has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001):
<br />Lot 1, Westwood Park 5th to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
