<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured only by the property described below on the (�
<br />Trust Deed executed by David R. Brown and Joan M. Brown, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to
<br />Heritage Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named herein,
<br />dated February 22, 2001 and recorded March 21, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall, County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200102240 has been satisfied, and said
<br />Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
