<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured only by the property described below on the (�
<br />Trust Deed executed by David R. Brown and Joan M. Brown, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to
<br />Heritage Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named herein,
<br />dated February 22, 2001 and recorded March 21, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall, County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200102240 has been satisfied, and said
<br />Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled there to all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described
<br />premised but only as to such premises:

<br />TRACT THEREFROM AS RECORDED IN QUIT CLAIM DEED IN BOOK
<br />79, PAGE 608 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE AND EXCEPTING A
<br />CERTAIN TRACT THEREFROM AS RECORDED IN WARRANTY DEED
<br />IN BOOK 119, PAGE 147, IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE ALSO
<br />EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT THEREFROM AS RECORDED IN QUIT
<br />CLAIM DEED IN BOOK 150, PAGE 403 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS
<br />OFFICE.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging
<br />to such premises.
