DREWS of the City of Omaha, �'�`�, <br /> County of Douglas, State of Nebraska, as Successor Trustee under the Trust Deed dated <br /> November 4, 1994, executed by Douglas W. Krolikowski and Peggy J. Krolikowski, <br /> as trustors, in which Green Tree Financial Corporation, n/k/a Green Tree Financial <br /> Servicing Corporation, subservicer for Green Tree Financial Corporation ("Green Tree") <br /> is beneficiary, and Julia L. Gold as Trustee; said Deed of Trust was recorded on <br /> November 7, 1994, as Instrument No. 94-109002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br /> Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Green Tree, the beneficiary <br /> thereunder, a written request to reconvey,reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed <br /> have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been <br /> surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation; <br />, NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such <br /> trust deed, the undersigned, as successor trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, <br /> to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Douglas W.
