<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, RICHARD A. DREWS of the City of Omaha, �'�`�,
<br /> County of Douglas, State of Nebraska, as Successor Trustee under the Trust Deed dated
<br /> November 4, 1994, executed by Douglas W. Krolikowski and Peggy J. Krolikowski,
<br /> as trustors, in which Green Tree Financial Corporation, n/k/a Green Tree Financial
<br /> Servicing Corporation, subservicer for Green Tree Financial Corporation ("Green Tree")
<br /> is beneficiary, and Julia L. Gold as Trustee; said Deed of Trust was recorded on
<br /> November 7, 1994, as Instrument No. 94-109002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br /> Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Green Tree, the beneficiary
<br /> thereunder, a written request to reconvey,reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed
<br /> have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been
<br /> surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />, NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br /> trust deed, the undersigned, as successor trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty,
<br /> to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Douglas W. Krolikowski and Peggy J.
<br /> Krolikowski,the estate now held by it thereunder, to-wit:
<br /> All of the property located at Box 341 in the City/Town/Village of
<br /> WOOD RIVER, County of HALL, State of NE, in which the Borrower
<br /> has an ownership, leasehold or other legal interest. This property is more

<br /> particularly described on the schedule titled Additional Property
<br /> Description" which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", together with a
<br /> security interest in that certain 1995 42 x 28 Kingswood mobile home,
<br /> serial number 05955688686AB.
<br /> Exhibit"A": Lot Three (3) and the East Ten (10) Feet of Lot Four
<br /> (4), Block Twenty-Two (22), in MacColl and Leflang's addition to
<br /> Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br /> thereof.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance at Omaha,Nebraska, on July f,Z, 1999.
