Frank and Warren <br />E. Frank conveyed real property to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation. <br />WHEREAS, the above - referenced Warranty Deed incorrectly identified the starting point for <br />describing the property to be acquired by the City of Grand Island; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is now owned by Warren E. Frank and Anna K. Riihela, husband <br />and wife; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to correct the legal description identified in such Warranty Deed <br />to accurately reflect the legal description of the conveyed property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, WARREN E. FRANK and ANNA K. RIIHELA, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in Hall County, State ofNebraska, herein <br />called the Grantee, a tract of land located in part of Lot 1, Block 1, First Artistic Homes Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point where the southerly right -of -way line of Oklahoma Avenue <br />intersects the east property line of said Lot 1; thence southerly on an assumed <br />azimuth of 180 °00', a distance of 125.58 feet along the east line of said lot to the <br />southeast corner of the property owned by the Grantors; thence westerly on an <br />azimuth of 270 °00', a distance of 2.00 feet along the property line of the Grantors; <br />thence northerly on an azimuth of 00 °00', a distance of 99.30 feet; thence <br />-1- <br />
