<br /> DEED BY TRUSTEE UNDER DEED OF TRUST

<br /> FIVE POINTS BANK, A Nebraska Corporation, hereinafter referred
<br /> to as "Grantor" , as Trustee under the Deed of Trust hereinafter
<br /> described, hereby grants and conveys to RICHARD MACKU and DORIS
<br /> MACKU, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, hereinafter referred to
<br /> as "Grantee" , without any covenant or warranty expressed or
<br /> implied, all of the following described real estate, to-wit :
<br /> Tract l . Lot Three (3) of the County Subdivision of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter (NWl/4) and West Half (W1/2) of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter (NEl/4) of Section Five (5) , Township
<br /> Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) , West of the 6th P.M. ,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Tract 2 . The East Twenty-two Feet (E 22 ' ) of Lot Five
<br /> (5) , and all of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) , Block
<br /> Nineteen (19) , Original Town of Alda, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on
<br /> Grantor by Trust Deeds dated March 15, 1995, and recorded in the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March
<br /> 15, 1995, as Document No. 95-101448 and No. 95-101450 ,
<br /> respectively, which Deeds of Trust, which Deeds of Trust were
<br /> between JAMES F. THOMPSON, SR. , and LINDA L. THOMPSON, Husband and
<br /> Wife, as Trustor, and FIVE POINTS BANK, as Trustee, and FIVE POINTS
<br /> BANK of Grand Island, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, wherein the Trustor
<br /> granted and conveyed to such Trustee on the Trusts therein
<br /> expressed, the property hereinabove and described to secure, among
<br /> other obligations, the payment of a certain Note and interest
<br /> described in said Trust Deeds according to the terms thereof and
<br /> after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust
<br /> Deeds authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach and default
<br /> by the Trustor made under the terms of said Trust Deeds in the
<br /> particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the
<br /> Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which
<br /> sale the property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee
<br /> herein, following Notice of Sale as required by law.
<br /> The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as aforesaid,
<br /> then and there sold, at public auction, to Grantee, who was the
<br /> highest bidder for the sum of Fifty-six Thousand Dollars
<br /> ($56 , 000 . 00) therefor, the property hereinabove described.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of such payment and in
<br /> accordance with the request of the Benef iciary, the undersigned, as
<br /> Trustees under the respective Deeds of Trust described herein by
<br /> these presents, do hereby grant, remise, release and convey to
<br /> RICHARD MACKU and DORIS MACKU, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants,
<br /> their heirs, successors and assigns, all the interest in estate
<br /> derived to said Trustee uy or through sai.d Deeds of Trust in the
<br /> above-described premises, together with all buildings, fixtures,
<br /> improvements and appurtenances belonging to said premises .
