<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand ���
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a Member of the Nebraska State Bar -�
<br /> Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated June 19, a
<br /> 1986, executed by HEHNKE LOHMANN CO. , INC. , as Trustor, in which
<br /> FIVE POINTS BANK of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as
<br /> Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br /> recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> as Document No. 86-103308; and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from FIVE POINTS BANK
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real
<br /> estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows :
<br /> Original Town, Lots Five (5) , Six (6) , Seven (7) and Eight
<br /> (8) , Block Thirty-Eight (38) , and
<br /> Original Town, Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) , Block Thirty-
<br /> Seven (37) , Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned William W. Marshall III, President of
<br /> FIVE POINTS BANK, A Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee under a Deed
<br /> of Trust dated April 15, 1993 , and recorded in the Office of the
<br /> Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 93-102972 , has
<br /> received from Five Points Bank as Beneficiary written request to .
<br /> reconvey the above-described real estate to the Trustor, HEHNKE
<br /> LOHMANN CO. , INC. ;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br /> provisions of the Deeds of Trust identified above, the undersigned,
<br /> as Trustees, do hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by the
<br /> respective Trustee under each of the above-described Deeds of
<br /> Trust .
