<br />    				WHEREAS,  all  of the indebtedness  secured by the Trust Deed  executed  by
<br />  			GEORGE A WEST AND DEBORAH K WEST, HiJSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT
<br />  			TENANTS,   Trustor  to  THE  OVERLAND  NATIONAL  BANK  OF  GRAND
<br />  			ISLAND, Trustee and the beneficiary named therein, dated June 10, 1999, and recorded
