<br /> Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by DENNIS D WING
<br /> AND CAROL A WING, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee,for the benefit of

<br /> 104230 has been paid,and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
