<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />a
<br />the Deed of Trust dated March 19, 1997, executed by Marvin C Swedlund and Linda Swedlund,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on March 28, 1997, recorded as Document No. 97- 102189 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />The West Twenty Two feet (W22') of Lot Two (2) and the East Forty Four feet (E44') of Lot Three (3), Block
<br />Fourteen (14), Kernohan & Decker's and its compliment to -wit the West Twenty Two feet (W22') of Lot Two (2) and
<br />the East Forty Four feet (E44') of Lot Three (3), Block Fifty -Seven (57), Packer and Barr's 2"d Add„ both being
<br />Additions to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 23rd of March, 2004.
