Fowle & Barbara A. Fowle, <br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Instrument #0200315827 on the 9th day of December, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Block "A ", in Boehm's Subdivision of Lot Sixteen (16), of the County Subdivision of the <br />South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S'hSW%) of Section Sixteen (16) in Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NWt /NE' /) of Section Twenty One (21), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 22nd day of March, 2004. <br />Qolrvrs <br />•� o�P0,99q�� <br />0: m <br />SEAL <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />is :�� . � u • :_� <br />Title: Executive Vice President <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 22nd day of March, <br />2004, by Edward M.
