REV. STAT. §76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot 4 and the Westerly 75 feet of Lot 5 and part of Lot 12 more particularly described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 12 and running Southwesterly <br />120.7 feet; running thence Southerly to the South line of said Lot 12 to a point which is 50 <br />feet Easterly from the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 12, running thence Easterly along <br />and upon the South line of said Lot 12, a distance of 181 feet to the Southeast corner of <br />said Lot 12, running thence Northwesterly along and upon the Easterly line of said Lot 12, <br />a distance of 230 feet to the point of beginning; all in Stehr's Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the Grantor. <br />Transaction is exempt from documentary stamp tax pursuant to NEB.
