KNOW ALL MEN BY '1'HF,SE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated March 18, 1997, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, March 27, 1997 as Document No. 97- 102165 of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds Books, wherein Richard L. Beckstrom and Carrie I.
