<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated March 18, 1997, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, March 27, 1997 as Document No. 97- 102165 of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Books, wherein Richard L. Beckstrom and Carrie I. Beckstrom, Husband and Wife, was
<br />identified as Truster;
<br />WHEREAS, said 'trustee has upon default of the Truster of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated March 18, 1997, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />March 27, 1997, at Document Number 97- 102165, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Forty -Two Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($42,000.00) as credit
<br />against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the
<br />beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., successor in interest to The Overland National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, herein called the Grantee, the following- described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
