As Trustee of the trust, the undersigned knows that (a) there are presently and have been since <br />the inception of the Trust no other trustees appointed to serve on behalf of the trust and that <br />Affiant is the trustee(s) at this time; (b) said trust has not been revoked, amended or terminated <br />and is in full force and effect; and (c) said trust agreement contains the appropriate language <br />which provides authority for the undersigned to sell the above - described real estate. <br />4.
