<br /> WHEREAS,the undersigned,Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corparation, as Trustee,under the ��
<br /> Deed of Trust dated May 20, 1999,executed by Larry Fowle and Barbara A Fowle,husband and wife,in
<br /> which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,and the undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded in (��l��i
<br /> the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded#99-105286 on the 24th day of -
<br /> May, 1999, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Lot Three(3),in Block Eleven(11),in Gilbert's 2nd Addition to the City of Grand Island NE.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee,does hereby reconvey,without warranty,to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
