THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into 11} 2��al � , 2004, --- <br />by and between Gary R. Jacobson ("Jacobson'l)and Mr. G's Car Care r-; <br />Center, Inc., a Nebraska corporation ( "Mr. G's "). <br />WHEREAS, Jacobson is the owner of the real estate legally <br />described as Lot One (1), Commercial Industrial Park Third <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />( "the real estate "); and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. G's is the owner of the car care center located <br />upon the real estate; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into this agreement to <br />confirm and ratify their separate ownership interests. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties as <br />follows: <br />1. Ownership of the car care center and all related <br />buildings, permanent improvements and additions thereto is owned by <br />Mr. G's and is severed from the real estate which is owned by <br />Jacobson. <br />2. This agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal <br />representatives, successors in interest and assigns of the parties <br />hereto. <br />MR.
