THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into 11} 2��al � , 2004, --- by and between Gary R. Jacobson ("Jacobson'l)and Mr. G's Car Care r-; Center, Inc., a Nebraska corporation ( "Mr. G's "). WHEREAS, Jacobson is the owner of the real estate legally described as Lot One (1), Commercial Industrial Park Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska ( "the real estate "); and WHEREAS, Mr. G's is the owner of the car care center located upon the real estate; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into this agreement to confirm and ratify their separate ownership interests. NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties as follows: 1. Ownership of the car care center and all related buildings, permanent improvements and additions thereto is owned by Mr. G's and is severed from the real estate which is owned by Jacobson. 2. This agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representatives, successors in interest and assigns of the parties hereto. MR. G'S CA ARE ENTER, INC.
