<br />Ella A. Rosenkotter, a widow, herein called the GRANTOR, whether
<br />one or more, in consideration of correction of a scrivener's error
<br />in the deed filed as Document No. 97- 101311, does quitclaim, grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Harold F. Rosenkotter,
<br />Deborah A. Spaulding and Pamela J. Rosenkotter, as tenants in
<br />common, herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the
<br />following described property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Page 466. Also excepting all Meadow Lane Subdivisions
<br />more particularly as follows: Meadow Lane Subdivision,

<br />Subdivision. Excepting a certain tract deeded to the

<br />described as follows: Referring to the Southeast corner
<br />of said Quarter section; thence westerly a distance of
<br />1,326.49 feet along the South line of said quarter
<br />section; thence northerly deflecting 90 degrees, 18
<br />minutes right, a distance of 60.00 feet to the point of
<br />beginning; thence northerly deflecting 00 degrees, 00
<br />minutes, a distance of 110.00 feet; thence easterly
<br />deflecting 89 degrees, 42 minutes right, a distance of
<br />89.98 feet; thence easterly deflecting 19 degrees, 17
<br />minutes right, a distance of 211.90 feet; thence easterly
<br />deflecting 19 degrees, 17 minutes left, a distance of
<br />335.77 feet; thence southerly deflecting 90 degrees, 06
<br />minutes right, a distance of 40.00 feet, thence westerly
