Mary M. Rochek, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of one dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from, Stuart Dethloff and Mare Dethloff, husband and wife, <br />GRANTEES, conveys to GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
