<br />DEED OF TRUST 
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 31 -5"-"day of December, 
<br />2001, by and among TOMMY L. UMMEL, JR., a single person, herein 
<br />referred to as 'Trustor ", whose mailing address is 
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68803; CATHLEEN 
<br />H. ALLEN, Attorney -at -Law, hereinafter referred to as "Trustee ", 
<br />whose mailing address is P. O. Box 790, Grand Island, Nebraska 
<br />68802; and JACK D. O'HARA and DEANNE L. O'HARA, as their 
<br />interests may appear, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary ", 
<br />whose mailing address is 5137 S. Engleman Road, Grand Island, 
<br />Nebraska 68803. 
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, 
<br />transfers, conveys and assigns to Trustee, in trust, with power 
<br />of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and 
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the 
<br />Trustor's interest in the following- described property located in 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: 
<br />The part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /) of Section 
<br />Twenty -Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten 
<br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more 
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 
<br />point on the east line of said Section 24, which point 
<br />is 1,008 feet north of the Southeast Corner of the 
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE1 /,) of said section; running thence 
<br />west parallel to the south line of said quarter 
<br />section, for a distance of 133 feet; running thence 
<br />north parallel to the east line of said section for a 
<br />distance of 70 feet; running thence east parallel to 
<br />the south line of said quarter section, for a distance 
<br />of 133 feet to a point on the east line of said Section 
<br />24; running thence south along and upon said east 
<br />section line for a distance of 70 feet, to the actual 
<br />point of beginning subject to one -half of the county 
<br />road abutting upon the east side of said tract, all in 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. 
<br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances 
<br />located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the rents, 
<br />issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including 
<br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements 
<br />so as to constitute a fixture, all of which, including 
<br />replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a 
<br />part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed 
<br />that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to as the 
<br />"Property ". 
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING: 
<br />(a) the payment of indebtedness evidenced by
