<br />JACK D. O'HARA and DEANNE L. O'HARA, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, in consideration of Ninety -Two Thousand and

<br />west parallel to the south line of said quarter
<br />section, for a distance of 133 feet; running
<br />thence north parallel to the east line of said
