<br />north of the Southeast Corner of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE1 /,) of said section; running thence
<br />west parallel to the south line of said quarter
<br />section, for a distance of 133 feet; running
<br />thence north parallel to the east line of said
<br />section for a distance of 70 feet; running thence
