NOTICE is hereby given that a Complaint for Foreclosure of Construction Lien has been
<br />filed in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Gary Buettner, d/b /a Buettner
<br />Construction is Plaintiff, and Clinton F. John, Successor Trustee of "The Trust of Clinton W. John,
<br />a Revocable Living Trust ", et al are Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a
<br />Construction Lien in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants, said Construction Lien dated
<br />May 19, 2003, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on May
<br />19, 2003, as Document No. 0200306235 on the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Two (2), in Westroads Estates, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Plaintiff s Complaint for Foreclosure of Construction Lien prays for a foreclosure of the Construction
<br />Lien and to have the same declared a first and valid lien on the interest of the Defendants in the real
<br />estate and appurtenances thereto, to have the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount
<br />so found due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the Defendants of all right, title,
<br />interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and
<br />equitable.
