Eynard, Trustee, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Fractional Lot One (1) in Fractional Block One (1) Elm Place, and its <br />complement fractional Lot One (1) in Fractional Block Eight (8) in <br />Spaulding and Greggs' Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from North American Mortgage Company, <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 27, 1999, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 105427. <br />On or about June 2, 1999, North American Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, <br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to ContiMortgage Corporation. The Assignment was <br />recorded December 15, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument <br />No. 99- 111814. <br />On or about May 3, 1999, ContiMortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company as Indenture, Trustee. <br />The Assignment was recorded May 1, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as Instrument No. 2001- 03902. <br />Camille R.
