<br />23. Without: in any wise limiting the foregoing, generally to do, execute, and perform any
<br />other act, deed, matter or thing whatsoever that ought to be done, executed and performed or that in
<br />the opinion of my said Attorney ought to be done, executed or performed, in and about the premises,
<br />of every nature and kind whatsoever, as fully and effectually as I could do if personally present.
<br />24. If my estate is ample to provide for my needs and if there is a death tax savings
<br />purpose, to make gifts to natural objects of my bounty; to begin or continue an estate planning
<br />program of annual gifting or initiating, continuing or carrying out any and all other estate planning

<br />Nebraska, 1995, and same is hereby incorporated by reference. Provided, however, such power shall
<br />not be restricted as to amount or by requiring court approval as provided in Section 30- 2654(bl,

<br />25. To sign, execute, and deliver any renunciation and disclaimer. as allowed under state
<br />law or the Internal Revenue Code, for the purpose of renouncing and disclaiming all or part of•my
<br />interest in any devise or other property, whether as an heir, beneficiary, or as a surviving joint tenant.
<br />26. To assign, transfer and convey to the trustee of any trust heretofore or hereafter
<br />established by me, or to the trustee's nominee, any and all property owned by me, including real
<br />estate, and to sign and deliver any instruments necessary or desirable in connection with such
<br />assignment, transfer or conveyance; to exercise the power of revocation and revoke any revocable
<br />trust heretofore or hereafter established by me.
