<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />MICHAEL R CALHOON AND PATRICIA J CALHOON, HUSBAND AND WIFE \
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated OCTOBE 29, 1992 and recorded OCTOBER 30, 1992 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Document
<br />#92- 109452 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
