A tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (NI/2 SE 1 /4) of
<br />Section Thirty (30), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, said tract being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Southeast corner of said N1 /2 SE1 /4; thence running N 89 °51'34" W on the South line of said
<br />N1 /2 SE 1/4 for a'distance of 830.00 feet; thence on an assumed bearing of N 00 °00'00" E,
<br />parallel with the East line of said N1 /2 SE1 /4 for 516.73 feet; thence N 87 °30'00" E for 830.79
<br />feet to a point on the East line of said N1/2 SE1 /4; thence S 00 °00'00" E on the East line of said
<br />N1 /2 SE1/4 for 555.00 feet to the point of beginning, said tract containing 10.210 acres more or
<br />less.
<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office of
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document NO. 99- 109219, on September 17, 1999, pursuant to
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014.
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
