<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor "), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: D &E Development, L.L.C., (hereinafter called "Grantee "), whether one or more, the following described
<br />property described as follows:
<br />Southerly Fifteen (15) Feet of Lot Eleven (11) and the Northerly Twenty (20)
<br />Feet of Lot Twelve (12), all in Block Two (2), in Axt & Hagge's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />NOTE: This deed is not effective until
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
