<br />PROMISSORY NOTE DATED MAY 31, 1995, IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $33,600.00 (THE "OLD NOTE "). THE OLD NOTE MATURED ON
<br />MAY 15, 2001.
<br />THE GRANTOR WISHES TO MODIFY THE DEED OF TRUST TO SECURE PAYMENT OF A PROMISSORY NOTE DATED AUGUST 24, 2001 IN
<br />THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $25,039.30, MATURING AUGUST 24, 2006 (THE "RENEWAL NOTE "). THE RENEWAL NOTE RENEWS THE OLD
<br />NOTE TO THE EXTENT OF $25,039.30 AND CHANGES THE INTEREST RATE TO A FIXED RATE OF 8.42 %.
<br />THE RENEWAL NOTE IS EXECUTED AND DELIVERED IN RENEWAL AND EXTENSION OF, AND NOT IN REPAYMENT OF, THE OLD NOTE.
<br />EACH REFERENCE HEREIN AND IN THE DEED OF TRUST TO THE "NOTE" SHALL BE DEEMED ON AND AFTER THE DATE OF THIS
