<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by Josephine M. Reyes,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Debtor ", whether one or more, in the United States Bankruptcy
<br />Court for the District of Nebraska on the 14th day of September, 2001, and said Debtor was
<br />duly adjudged bankrupt on the 17th day of October, 2001; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 14th day of September, 2001, by Order of said Court the undersigned was
<br />appointed Trustee of the estate and effects of said Debtor and is duly qualified and is now
<br />acting as such Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has given notice to creditors on the 13th day of November, 2001,
<br />of his intention to sell property at private sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, since no creditors have filed objections to said sale on or before December
<br />8, 2001, with the Bankruptcy Clerk, this Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at private sale
<br />to Christina P. Nickel, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer ", whether one or more, for the
<br />amount of Sixty -two Thousand and No /100 Dollars, ($62,000.00), the following described
<br />property, to -wit:
<br />Residence located at 568 East 20th Street and legally described as: Lot Four (4),
<br />Galvin Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of
<br />the powers vested in me by the Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to
<br />said application and for other valuable consideration, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and
<br />convey to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title
<br />and interest as such Trustee, subject to all encumbrances of record, the above described
<br />property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and
<br />assigns forever, as fully and completely as I, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of
<br />said Notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy Act might or should sell and
<br />convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein and this Trustee's Deed is
<br />without recourse against said Trustee either individually or as such Trustee.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, have hereunto set my hand this

<br />executed the foregoing Trustee's Deed, and he acknowledged his execution thereof to be his
<br />voluntary act and deed as such Trustee for the purposes therein set forth.
