WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />the Deed(s) of Trust dated January 19, 1995, and dated April 16, 1996, and dated November 4, <br />1999, executed by Thomas G. Garrison and Barbara K. Garrison, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in <br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on January 19, 1995, <br />recorded as Document No. 95- 100322, and on April 19, 1996, recorded as Document No. 96- <br />102911, and on November 5, 1999, recorded as Instrument No. 0099110717 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />And <br />LOT ONE (1), FAWNACRES SIXTH SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />LOT TWENTY -FOUR (24) IN MARYLANE SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebrask0 -j, --f5'' of March, 2004. <br />> <br />r rr: <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: olby R.
