KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by �\\�
<br />BRETT M WILLIAMS AND BETH C WILLIAMS, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated DECEMBER 11, 1998 and recorded DECEMBER 15, 1998 in the Office of the HALL

<br />98- 112368, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
