<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENI'S:
<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the (3) Trust Deeds executed by
<br /> DALE MIDDLETON AND LINDA MIDDLETON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustor to
<br /> AREND BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of TAE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK
<br /> OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated December 8, 1994, and
<br /> recorded December S, 1994, As Document No. 94-109787; dated February 27, 1997, and
<br /> recorded March 7, 1997, As Document No. 97-101655; and dated March 29, 1996, and
<br /> recorded April 12, 1996, As Document No. 96-102702, all in the Office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, have been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br /> writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br /> request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br /> presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br /> the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deeds in the
<br /> following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br /> Lot 3, except the Northerly 23 feet, thereof, Block 12, Claussen Country
<br /> View Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br /> premises.
