<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br /> VELDON D. BOWERS AND DONNA L. BOWERS, HLJSBAND AND WIFE, AS
<br /> JOINT TENANTS, Trustor to AREND BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of THE
<br /> OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named
<br /> therein, dated October 17, 1996, and recorded October 18, 1996, As Document No. 96-
<br /> 108198, in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid,
<br /> and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
