Governing. Law; Severabili y. This Agreement shall be governed by and <br />construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska. If any clause or provision <br />hereof should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future <br />laws effective during the term of the Agreement or any renewal term hereof, then and in <br />that event, it is the express intention of the parties hereto that the remainder of this <br />Agreement shall not be affected thereby; and it is also the express intention of the parties <br />hereto that in lieu of each clause or provision of the Agreement which may be determined <br />to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, there may be added as a part of this Agreement a <br />clause or provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable clause or <br />provision as may be possible and legal, valid, and enforceable. <br />e. Tenant shall pay all reasonable attorney's <br />fees and expenses which Landlord incurs in enforcing any of the obligations of Tenant <br />under this Agreement, or in any litigation or negotiations with Tenant in which Landlord <br />shall, without its fault, become involved through or on account of this Agreement. <br />f Time.
