<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE �

<br /> THIS DEED, made this 7th day of July, 1999, between John A. ��
<br /> Wolf, Trustee; The Overland National Bank of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, Trustee of the Richard B. Lockwood Residuary Trust,
<br /> Norman B. Bahr, Carmen Duffek, and Norman G. Bahr, Beneficiary; and_
<br /> Jose L. Flores and Guadalupe Flores, Trustor.
<br /> WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br /> secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration,
<br /> did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on February 10, 1998,
<br /> recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of
<br /> Hall, and identified as Document No. 98-101115, conveyed to
<br /> Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br /> described in said Deed as follows, to-wit :
<br /> Lot s One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) and Four (4) , B1 ock Forty-
<br /> three (43) in Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska,
<br /> and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br /> Benef iciary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br /> of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br /> described be now released to said Trustor.
<br /> THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br /> and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br /> and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the
<br /> above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br /> privileges thereunto belonging or appertainin .
