The Trust property affected is legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Yates Second Subdivision, in the <br />Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />A breach of the obligations for which the trust property was conveyed as security <br />has occurred in that the said Trustors have failed to make payments as the same <br />became due under that certain Promissory Note securing the aforesaid Deed of Trust, for <br />which reasons the successor Trustee, Donald G.
