Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated August \ � <br />� 31, 1992, wherein Timothy T. Tyma and Shireen D. Tyma, Husband and Wife, were the Trus- ��J <br /> tors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> on September 2, 1992, as Document No. 92-107707, and contains as trust property, the <br /> following-described real estate: <br /> Lot Five (5), Block Six (6), in Kay Dee Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, <br /> Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> together with all improvements now ar hereafter erected on the property, and easements, appur- <br /> tenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br /> additions thereto, which were referred to in said Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br /> notice of default of said Trustors far the reason that the said Trustars, Timothy T. Tyma and <br /> Shireen D. Tyma, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest <br /> due in respect to the Note secured by the Deed of Trust. <br /> By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br /> sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated August 31, 1992, <br /> owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand <br /> Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this obligation. <br /> � � <br /> ��� <br /> Arend R.
