Duff . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN that the undersigned, The Duff <br /> Company, Incorporated, Beneficiary pursuant to the terms of the <br /> deed of trust, hereby and by these presents does assign and <br /> transfer unto Brett A.
