<br /> You are hereby notified that Ronald E. Danley and Sandy J. Danley, as husband and wife, as �j
<br /> Trustors, did on or about August 31, 1994, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank,
<br /> a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following-described
<br /> real property:
<br /> The East 76.72 feet of Lot Six (6) in Court House Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank,
<br /> Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on September 1, 1994, in the office of the Register
<br /> of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 94-107267.
<br /> On or about September 6, 1994, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br /> right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
<br /> The Assignment was recorded September 19, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as Instrument No. 94-107698.
<br /> You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors far which
<br /> the Trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br /> payments which were contractually due.
<br /> You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br /> balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or
<br /> cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
