<br /> Instrument Number 99-102316 , has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br /> writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br /> release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived

<br /> DISTANCE OF 132 FEET, THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH SECTION LINE, FOR
<br /> A DISTANCE 66 FEET, THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL WITH THE EAST SECTION LI(VE FOR A
<br /> DISTANCE OF 138 FEET, THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH SECTION LINE FOR
<br /> A DISTANCE 66 FEET TO A PLACE OF BEGINNING, BEING A RECTANGULAR TRACT OF GROUND
<br /> HAUING A SOUTH FRONTAGE OF 66 FEET AND A DEPTH OF 132 FEET.
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it
<br /> being the intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that
<br /> the rest of the land described remain as heretofore.
