REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br /> Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> 1. MATURITY DATE. The sta.ted maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br /> is hereby extended to September l. 2014. <br /> 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br /> Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described <br /> Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br /> indebtedness concurrently herewith e�ctended. <br />
