<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />By MIGUEL A MOLINA, A SINGLE PERSON AND MIGUEL F MOLINA AND CLAUDIA MOLINA,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE to COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK n /k/a BANKFIRST, Trustee for
<br />the benefit of COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK n /k/a BANKFIRST, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated November 23, 1994 and recorded November 23, 1994 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at Instrument #94- 109415 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed Of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />it's endorsement below;

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise and
