<br />which the trust property was con-
<br />veyed as security has occurred in that
<br />the grantors of said deed have failed,
<br />neglected and refused to make the
<br />payments on said note which Trust
<br />Deed was given to secure, which
<br />became due on the 5th day of
<br />January, 2001 and thereafter, and
<br />that there is now due upon said
<br />instrument the principal sum of SEV-
<br />ENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE
<br />HUNDRED FORTY TWO DOLLARS
<br />AND NINETY FIVE CENTS
<br />($77,942.95) together with interest
<br />thereon from the 5th day of
<br />December, 2000, at the rate of 7.99
<br />per annum together with accruing
<br />taxes and advancements.
<br />You are further notified that the
<br />Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold such property to satisfy the
<br />aforementioned obligation.
