NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that John C. Meyers and Susan M. Meyers, husband and wife, Trustors,
<br />did on or about March 30, 1999, make, execute and deliver to Jerry J. Milner, Attorney at Law, as
<br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real property:
<br />"Lot 9, Amick Acres Third Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Associates Financial Services
<br />Company of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust,
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded on April 1, 1999 in Book 99- 103390, Page, Mortgage Records, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on January 5, 2001 through December 5, 2001,
<br />together with interest accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given
<br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
