<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record October 15, 2001, and \s-
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />No.0200110428. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Bradley J. Press, a
<br />single person, as Trustor, in which Major Mortgage is named as Beneficiary and Commercial Federal
<br />Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record June 29,
<br />1998 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />No.98- 106278.
<br />On or about June 26, 1998, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment
<br />was recorded August 12, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 107848.
