WARRANTY DEED <br />'Iles, <br />That Grantors, Thomas A. Baker and Christine Baker, husband <br />and wife, in consideration of the sum of Nine Thousand Six <br />Hundred Fifty Dollars ($9,650.00) convey to Leonard Baker, <br />Leilani K. McPeak and Leonard E. Baker, Jr., Grantees as joint <br />tenants with right of survivorship, an undivided one- <br />interest in and to the following described real estate: <br />Lots Two (2 ) and Three (3), in Frank P. Bark's <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and that part of vacated Glendale Street <br />as shown in Ordinance No. 5013, filed June 17, 1971, <br />in Book 21, Page 657 of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds <br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors: <br />1. Are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is <br />free from encumbrances except easements, covenants, and <br />restrictions of record; <br />2. Have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; <br />3.
