<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by ANITA S
<br />DANKLESEN A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated MAY 2. 2000 and recorded MAY 9, 2000 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200003735 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE WESTERLY SEVENTEEN (17) FEET OF LOT TWO (2) AND THE EASTERLY
<br />THIRTY -THREE (33) FEET OF LOT THREE (3) ALL IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED TWO
<br />(102) IN KOENIG AND WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, STATE OF NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
