Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by MICHAEL
<br />LAC1 NIT AND KAREN K LACHNIT HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND —"'
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JUNE 8, 1998 and recorded
<br />JULY 15, 1998 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 98- 106890 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
